These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of hardigitalsolutions.com and the services provided by HAR Digital Solutions (“we”, “us”). By purchasing or using our services you agree to these Terms.
We provide web development & designing, graphic design and social media marketing services as described on our Services and Pricing pages. The exact scope of each project is confirmed with you in writing (email or invoice) before work starts.
You agree to provide the content, information, access and feedback we need on time. Delays in providing these may extend delivery timelines.
Each package includes the number of revision rounds stated on the Pricing page. Additional changes or work outside the agreed scope will be quoted separately.
Delivery times shown are estimates and start once payment and the required materials are received.
After full payment, you own the final deliverables created specifically for you (such as your website design and logo). We may use third-party tools, fonts, images or software under their own licences. We may show the finished work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.
Monthly services can be cancelled at any time and will stop at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or data.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this page applies to new orders.
